Your Questions, Answered

Where should I start on this site? Depends what brought you here — the fight gear guides for training, the 30s lifestyle posts for everything else. This page points you to both.

Do you actually use everything you recommend? Yes. I only write about gear and products I have genuinely used, and I say when something did not work for me.

How do you make money? Through affiliate links and discount codes. If you shop through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and that is disclosed on every post that contains one.
